These Terms of Service govern your use of marketatdelta.com and related services operated by Market at Delta, including the vendor notification settings page and tokenized document upload links. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Market at Delta is a neighborhood flea market located at San Joaquin Delta College, Budd 4 Parking Lot, 5151 Pacific Ave, Stockton, CA 95207. You can reach us at hello@marketatdelta.com.
Eligibility
The site is intended for use by individuals aged 13 and older. If you are a vendor or applicant, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any business you represent.
Tokenized links
Certain parts of the site (document uploads, notification preferences) are accessed through one-time tokenized links sent by email. The link serves as your credential for those pages. Keep it private. Do not share it, forward it, or post it publicly. Links expire. If you need a new one, contact us.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, tokenized links, or data that do not belong to you.
- Do not probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Do not use the site to transmit unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
Content you submit
When you submit documents, contact information, or messages, you grant Market at Delta a limited license to store and use that content for the purpose of operating the market (including reviewing applications, verifying compliance, communicating with you, and responding to inquiries). Communications
By providing your email address, you agree to receive transactional email related to the service (for example, sign-in links, document reminders, and replies). SMS messaging is strictly optional and requires a separate opt-in as described on the settings page and in the Privacy Policy.
