Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 26, 2026
Market at Delta is committed to making marketatdelta.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We target the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard, and we work continuously to improve.
What we do
- Test pages with three independent rule engines on every audit pass: axe-core (WCAG 2.2 AA via Deque), Lighthouse (Google's accessibility category), and Pa11y (WCAG 2.2 AA via HTML_CodeSniffer, the open-source ruleset closest to WAVE's coverage). Fix new violations before they ship.
- Spot-check keyboard navigation on changed flows (vendor application, contact, survey, compliance upload, notification settings, mobile navigation) before shipping them.
- Design mobile-first, with no horizontal scroll at 375 px width and tap targets of at least 44×44 px on the primary navigation, the header, the footer, the language toggle, and the sticky bottom nav. Chip-density controls (filter rows, tag selectors) meet the WCAG 2.5.8 Level AA minimum of 24×24 px with sufficient spacing.
- Use semantic HTML, dynamic
<html lang>based on the page's language, a single primary heading per page, and explicit labels witharia-describedbywiring help and error text into every form field. - Offer a "skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Honor
prefers-reduced-motionon the homepage hero video, and ship a manual pause control for visitors who don't have that preference set. - Trap and restore focus on the mobile navigation sheet so keyboard users don't get dropped behind the dialog.
- Offer the public site in English and Spanish, with a per-page language toggle that also flips the document language attribute for screen-reader pronunciation.
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you find a page that is difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier, or any other assistive technology, please let us know so we can address it. We prioritize accessibility issues on the same track as other functional issues.
Report a barrier
Email hello@marketatdelta.com with a short description of the problem, the page URL, and the browser or assistive technology you're using. We aim to acknowledge reports within 5 business days.
Standards and scope
This statement applies to the public site (marketatdelta.com) and the vendor-facing tokenized flows (compliance uploads, notification settings).
