Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 21, 2026
Market at Delta is committed to making marketatdelta.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We target the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard, and we work continuously to improve.
What we do
- Test pages with axe-core, Lighthouse, and WAVE on every deploy.
- Keyboard-test core flows (compliance upload, settings, contact form) before shipping them.
- Design mobile-first, with tap targets of at least 44×44 px and no horizontal scroll at 375 px width.
- Use semantic HTML, one primary heading per page, and descriptive labels on every form field.
- Offer the public site and vendor-facing flows in English and Spanish.
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you find a page that is difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier, or any other assistive technology, please let us know so we can address it. We prioritize accessibility issues on the same track as other functional issues.
Report a barrier
Email hello@marketatdelta.com with a short description of the problem, the page URL, and the browser or assistive technology you're using. We aim to acknowledge reports within 5 business days.
Standards and scope
This statement applies to the public site (marketatdelta.com) and the vendor-facing tokenized flows (compliance uploads, notification settings). The staff portal is an internal tool and is held to the same bar internally, though it's not public-facing.
This site strives for WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. We don't guarantee full compliance - we document our effort, test continuously, and fix what we find.
