Survey drawing - official rules
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
Sponsor
The monthly survey drawing (the "Drawing") is run by Market at Delta, Stockton, California. Questions: hello@marketatdelta.com.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Market at Delta and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry period
A separate Drawing is held for each calendar month. Entries received during a given calendar month are eligible for that month's Drawing.
How to enter
There are two free ways to enter, each with an equal chance of winning: (1) complete the visitor survey at marketatdelta.com/survey and provide your contact email; or (2) without taking the survey, email your first and last name to hello@marketatdelta.com with the subject "Drawing entry." Limit one entry per person per calendar month; duplicate entries from the same email address in a month are counted once.
Drawing and odds
One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries received during the month, on or about the first day of the following month. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize
One (1) small LED flashlight, approximate retail value under $1.00 USD. One prize is awarded per monthly Drawing. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is offered, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner notification
The winner is notified using the contact information provided with the entry, generally by email. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within thirty (30) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Privacy
Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at marketatdelta.com/privacy. We do not sell your information. Entry information is used to administer the Drawing and, only if you opt in, to send you updates.
General
By entering, you agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. This Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
